Tried looking up any codes and its saying that no codes detected on all the tests it is able to run without the key being on. Im in the process of checking the fuses again to see if I might find something blown.

All the fuses and relays tested good. I am at a complete loss at this point. The battery is showing to have 12.4V so I know that isn't the case...

No it doesn't run. I can't even get the key to go into acc because the car doesn't recognize that a key is in the slot or in the car whatsoever. What I meant by run is that the scanner isn't showing any codes for the key being off since a lot of the tests won't run with the car off.

See what happened was I was trying to program another key to the car. I removed the original key before I did the steer lock release and took it across the shop a good 20 feet away from the car. I did the steer lock release (without the flashers on btw) and made the mistake of turning off the ignition. I went and got the original key and tried to press the push button start without my foot on the brake just to turn the key on, however the original key lost its programming. The lock and unlock buttons won't even work on the original remote now and I tried replacing the battery hoping that would help. I did scan the BCM with no codes. Ive tried to access the NATS program and it has the "Pin Read" and the steer lock release options but not the i/c initialization. Ive tried to scan the NATS but not sure where to do that at. The DS708 is still fairly new to us and we've been kinda learning as we go but this has been the worse anything has screwed up tho and unfortunately the only working key we had for the car was the one that erased.
